The AngelaProDeo Foundation started in September 2003, aiming for contribution to more music, health and peace.

Contralto singer Angela Andáy and the members of the committee of this foundation wished to use their talents for the good of mankind. We hope that hearts will open up to universal Love, Unity (connection in variety) and Peace. For this purpose the AngelaProDeo foundation organises concerts (see also the reviews), offers information on living more healthy and supports projects or other organizations or charities according her insights.

We raise our income by organising concerts and projects, through recording and offering CDs, when projects or other organizations hire our musicians for their own concerts and through donations. Listen to CDs. We work with musicians and soloists that are well known and performed for many concerts, broadcastings and recordings in Holland and abroad. They love to contribute to more music, health and peace and ask only a small allowance. They may select some CDs of the programs recorded for APD. Angela Andáy sings for free (‘pro Deo’). Many others volunteer for the foundation, some grant time and energy, others money.

This is how we worked until December 2007. Starting in January 2008 we are working as follows. We pay the professional musicians for their performance, and therefore ask an entrance fee of € 25,- of which 20% will go to the good targets for more music, health and peace. We believe that classical music must be accessible for everybody. So, if you cannot pay the full price, there are 20 discount tickets of € 10,- and 20 free tickets available every concert (unless otherwise indicated). Reservations are necessary, unless you like to pay € 35,- at the entrance. Everyone who paid € 35,- or € 25,- for a concert, is allowed to choose one APD-cd free of charge at this concert.

We are all brothers and sisters of each other. Native Americans call people a 'cousin' if they have never seen them before. And after meeting someone only once, they speak of 'brother or sister'. We are all connected to each other, even when we never met. If you feel it like this, it is very simple to offer someone help or love. Together we can do anything.
We offer our energies gladly for the benefit of the great whole, guided by this thought. Nowadays we call this: creating 'win-win' -situations. We love to expand this to a 'win-for-all' -situation (for the concerned parties and for all other parties).

“What gets your attention, will grow.”

We choose to direct our attention to anything that does make sense.

“If we give from our abundance, everyone will soon get what (s)he needs.”

We believe it is good to give from our abundance. That is why we like e.g. theClub of 100 so much! so much! Furthermore: if you give from your abundance, you don’t need anything back from the receiver (except maybe his joy and perhaps a 'thank you’, but that’s up to him). 'Water' flows down from the mountains, through all sorts of streams, into the sea. The more you trust that you will receive whatever you need, the easier you can give from your abundance without expecting (or demanding ;-) something back from the receiver. After all, you will receive everything that you need. Only now it will come from another direction, often unexpected.

THE foundation for more music, health and peace offers:

• A concert list of free concerts in the Netherlands.
• Friends for friends: the possibility to enlarge your circle of friends, or to extend your ‘family’.
• Peaceprayers from many traditions and an inspiring film on 'Free Hugs’.
• Free download: booklet of Peace Pilgrim 'Steps toward inner peace', also in Dutch, French and German.
• Tips on various subject among which health, nourishment and attitude to life.
• Reviews, CDs and pictures of our concerts.
• Info on CDs produced by us (obtained at concerts and through snail mail).
• The ‘charities’ supported by APD, by drawing attention to it, and if possible also financially.
• We honour our musicians by offering their e-photograph and e-biography, and after December 2007 they also will receive 60% of the entrance fees (divided between the professional musicians only).

THE foundation for more music, health and peace seeks:

• Volunteers that look for free classical concerts and inform us by e-mail, so we can supplement our concert list.
• Voluntary translators: Dutch-English, Dutch-German, Dutch-French, Dutch-Italian, Dutch-Spanish.
• Concert locations, for instance: halls, castles and churches, that are available free of charge (they could sell coffee to cover their expenses), and after December 2007 they also will receive 10% of the entrance fees).
• Professional musicians and amateurs at a professional level, who love to make music for this beautiful aim. We have vacancies for professional musicians, especially sopranos, mezzo sopranos, tenors and basses: both as soloists and ensemble singers. Welcome are also piano, harpsichord, organ, guitar and harp players.
• Volunteers distributing programs, info and CDs during concerts.
