In 2005 we started the 'Hand in Hand for Peace' - project. A project that makes people of all religions or all kind of belief groups connect to create a peace CD. This CD will be downloadable for free. The words of the songs too. All words will be translated in as many languages as possible and offered on the web. In that way anyone can enjoy the music, including the message. Everyone can support this project by making it known to others.

We started out by collecting people from all directions. With great enthousiasm lots of people joined in: singers, instrumentalists, translators and donors. Nevertheless, we could not get all the musicians together at the same day as we could use a church for free. So, up to now, we never managed to make the CD recording.

Now we have created a new strategy…

Musicians can mail us a mp3 of a song for peace from a certain tradition or, of course, a self made one. We will put together a collection of peace songs and create a CD or double CD. We will choose the songs that are suitable according to our insight, and we will let you know if your mp3 will be on it. There is one condition: the musicians need to sign a form about the rights: they give all rights to the AngelaProDeo Foundation. This is the only way that we can offer the CD on the web for free, and no one can claim rights. Like this it shall reach out all over the world.

We try to reach some well known artists too for this project, like:

Enlist yourself by mailing us your peaceful mp3: your own recording or a recording of music of which you own the rights. Or music that has no rights since the poet deceased more than 50 y ago and the composer more than 70 y ago. If words or music come from your religion or tradition, then please check with that organisation if your song is free of rights or if they are willing to free the rights for this purpose. As explained before: we can only give this project life if the rights are free.

As soon as we have enough material to create a beautiful CD, we will put it out on the web. Are you interested in this peace CD, do mail us your e-address and we will let you know when the CD will be available.

You need to print the form, fill it in, sign it by hand, and send it by snail mail, or scan it and email it as a jpg-attachment. Your permission has only been given for this project, and the project has been described on the form. Since we give out the form (as a file that cannot be changed) you do not need our signature.

There are several forms of dulcimers. Dulcimer usually stands for the mountain dulcimer -also called the Appalachian
dulcimer - (the one Georgia plays): a fretted, plucked instrument. And a hammered dulcimer, which is a hammer-struck, trapezoid-shaped instrument. The dulcimers are related to the zither.
